1.嚴(yán)禁在設(shè)備運(yùn)行過(guò)程中擦拭或維護(hù)設(shè)備。嚴(yán)禁用水清洗設(shè)備部件，用濕布擦拭火焰觀察口玻璃。

clean the damper baffle and gas filter screen at least once a week, so as to keep the air inlet of burner clean, avoid the blockage of gas supply valve assembly and gas supply pipeline, and ensure the normal leak detection and ignition of burner.
3.每周至少清洗一次擋板和氣體過(guò)濾網(wǎng)，使燃燒器的進(jìn)風(fēng)口保持清潔，避免供氣閥總成和供氣管道堵塞，保證燃燒器的正常檢漏和點(diǎn)火。

4.清洗濾網(wǎng)后，必須均勻擰緊過(guò)濾器壓蓋螺栓，并用氣體報(bào)警器進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，防止氣體泄漏。

5.機(jī)組運(yùn)行期間，燃?xì)鉄崴仩t操作人員應(yīng)定期檢查機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)所有設(shè)備、儀表的運(yùn)行情況，并及時(shí)填寫(xiě)相關(guān)記錄。
