現(xiàn)象描述端口不能正常up。與其他產(chǎn)品對接出現(xiàn)一端up，一端down。沒有接線，端口指示燈一直常亮。端口up一段時(shí)間又會down掉，不穩(wěn)定。可能原因本端和對端端口配置不正確。combo端口的光電模式設(shè)置不正確。端口故障。操作步驟檢查本端和對端端口配置是否正確。正確的端口配置才能保證端口正常up，判斷對接兩端端口的速率、雙工、協(xié)商模式是否一致，兩端工作模式必須一致，如果兩端工作模式一端自協(xié)商一端強(qiáng)制，則強(qiáng)制端up、自協(xié)商端down;如果不一致請配置一致。如下命令為查詢本端端口的配置。[sysname-gigabitethernet0/0/1] display this interface

如果設(shè)備為combo口，請正確設(shè)置端口為電口或者光口。combo口為光電互斥口，兩個(gè)端口同時(shí)只能使用一個(gè)，設(shè)置為電口只能作為電口使用，設(shè)置為光口只能作為光口使用。通過如下方式判斷端口是否故障。若端口故障則需要根據(jù)端口位置更換插卡或者整機(jī)。
使用此端口出現(xiàn)故障，更換到其他端口觀察現(xiàn)象描述是否仍然存在，如果故障消失，說明原端口異常。同一臺設(shè)備的兩個(gè)端口對接是否兩個(gè)端口也不能正常up，如果不能正常up，說明原端口異常。針對有問題的端口，使用自環(huán)命令進(jìn)行測試，測試是否pass，若測試失敗則該端口異常。測試通過顯示內(nèi)容為：[sysname-diagnose] test loopback interface 0 0 1 254

如果端口存在fcs計(jì)數(shù)錯(cuò)誤，若網(wǎng)線接觸良好或者更換新網(wǎng)線后依舊存在fcs計(jì)數(shù)錯(cuò)誤，說明原端口異常。[sysname] display interface gigabitethernet0/0/1
